June 13th - 20th Lake Powell Baby!

It was a relaxing week this year on the lake. The weather was cooler and we had a small group there; just my parents, Cole and his friend Keston, Cade and his family, Uncle Roger and Aunt Cathy, and us. We made a lot of trips into Halls Crossing Marina for ice cream, did a lot of tubing behind the boat, had a pirate day and hunted for treasure, caught more then one lizard, and broke a pinata! We missed the Denneys and the Barruses, but having only family on the boat was a nice experience for us as well.

Powell Week Preview

I'm getting my stuff together to post about our week in Powell, but I just had to get this grouping up on my blog first because it is my favorite. The following are Cade and Dan doing a dive off of what I wouldn't even call a cliff. Lets just say we're getting a little less ambitious in our older age. I think the pictures are good for a laugh none-the-less.

Axton

Heather will appreciate the gift bag pictures. If Piggy were around I'd see if she would fit, but since she's out in California Axton will have to do.

Suzie got Axton a play pool for his Birthday. We use it almost every day. I like it because I can get yard work done while he splashes around. It came complete with butterflies and mushrooms. Thank you so much Suzie! What a cool gift!
